Returns and exchanges

Because of the nature of our products (live plants, seedlings and seeds), our returns follow Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation.

1. Exception to the right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(c) of the Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that perish quickly. Live plants and seedlings fall into this category because they are sensitive to transport stress and changes of environment. Seeds whose pack has been opened, damaged or sown cannot be returned, as their viability can no longer be guaranteed.

2. Damaged or defective items

We are responsible for your order until it reaches you. If a pot breaks or a plant is damaged in transit, ask the courier for a damage report; without one, responsibility passes to the buyer. If a plant arrives diseased or a different variety was sent, send us photos within 24 hours of delivery. After review we will replace it or refund you.

3. Cases not eligible for return

• Plants that dry out or deteriorate after delivery because of incorrect watering, unsuitable light or repotting.
• Seeds that fail to germinate because the sowing instructions were not followed. Germination depends on soil temperature, moisture and light and cannot be guaranteed.
• Plants that deteriorate while waiting at the courier branch because no one was at the address.

4. Cancellation

For live plants, cancellation requests must reach us before packing begins; orders in special packing cannot be cancelled. Seed orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

5. Refunds

For approved returns and cancellations, the amount is refunded within 14 days using your original payment method.
