Distance sales agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is made between the seller below and the buyer who orders on our website, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Buyer

The person who places the order. The buyer's name, address and contact details are those given with the order.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the products ordered online by the buyer, whose features, quantity and price are stated in the order summary.

3. Products, price and payment

The main features of the products are on the product pages; the total price including taxes and the shipping cost are shown in the order summary. Payment is by bank transfer or cash on delivery. For bank transfers, the order is processed once the payment reaches the seller's account.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered by our courier partner to the address given with the order, as soon as possible after payment is confirmed and within the legal limit of 30 days. The buyer must check the parcel on delivery and ask the courier for a report if it is damaged.

5. Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. However, under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, this right does not apply to perishable live plants and seedlings or to opened seed packs. Details are on our Returns and exchanges page.

6. Disputes

Disputes are handled by the Consumer Arbitration Committee where the buyer lives, within the limits set by the Ministry of Trade, and above those limits by the Consumer Courts.

7. Entry into force

Before confirming the order, the buyer declares having read and accepted this agreement and the pre-contractual information. The agreement takes effect when the order is confirmed.
